Baseline AI Pty Ltd (ABN 69 696 319 918) trading as Baseline Sites ("we", "us", "our") is a web design studio based in Adelaide, South Australia. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Information we collect

• Contact and brief details you give us — such as your name, business name, email, phone number, industry and project requirements — through our contact form or website brief.
• Payment information — when you pay a deposit, your card payment is processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as your name and email), but we do not collect or store your full card number.
• Technical information — basic, non-identifying data such as browser type and pages visited, where analytics are enabled.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare your website concept and quote.
• To deliver, support and bill for the Services you request.
• To process payments and keep records of your acceptance of our Terms.
• To communicate with you about your project and, where you have agreed, occasional updates.

4. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, including:

• Stripe — secure payment processing.
• Web3Forms — delivery of form and brief submissions to our inbox.
• Netlify — website hosting and form/function infrastructure.
• Google — search indexing and, where enabled, analytics.

Some of these providers may store data on servers located outside Australia. By using our site you consent to this disclosure.

5. Cookies and local storage

Our website uses minimal cookies and your browser's local storage to make the site work — for example, to remember your progress in the website brief. You can clear or block these through your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.

6. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including using reputable providers and secure connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes, after which we securely delete or de-identify it.
